Once you are stable in angelic consciousness, your every thought and action will be angelic. Even whilst living in the mundane world, and engaging in physical tasks, you will remain detached and pure. Just as the beauty of a lotus flower emerges from the mud in which it is rooted, so you emerge pure and beautiful from this degraded world, at this time of ascension.
The lotus flower is symbolic of purity, and freedom, as, while rooted in the mud, its' beautiful flowers blossom on long stalks, floating above the muddy waters of attachment and desire. The pure beauty of the flower symbolises spirituality, and its' unfolding petals suggest the expansion of the soul. Drops of water easily slide off its petals, just as mundane emotions will slide off you when you are in angelic consciousness.
So, see yourself as a lotus flower, as pure beauty emerging from ugly dirt. Remember that you now belong to God, and you are becoming like the One you love, strong and loving and free. This loving independence will take you to glory, whilst those who remain selfish, and in bondage, are led to desolation.
So, check yourself from time to time, as to whether your thoughts are loving or selfish. Notice that, when you are loving - that is, when you are in angelic consciousness - your everyday tasks are easily successful; whilst, when your consciousness is mundane, you often struggle with obstacles, and make mistakes.
When your consciousness is angelic your thoughts will be loving and clear, and your behaviour will automatically be pure and accurate. You only have impure thoughts, and wasteful thoughts, when your consciousness is not angelic.
Angelic consciousness comes from love for God, and unity with God. When there is constant love for God, your love cannot be linked to any mundane person or thing. God will be constantly in front of you. But, when you turn away from God, you lose you angelic consciousness, and get caught up in the mundane attractions of others. So remember God, when you are eating, when you are working, when you are playing or resting, whatever you are doing. Keep God in your mind.
When you go into the sunlight, the rays of the sun warm you and comfort you. In the same way, when you go in front of God, then you experience within yourself the rays of all of the virtues of the Spiritual Sun. God is the Spiritual Sun. God's energy feeds the soul, just as the energy of the physical sun feeds the body. When you stay in the Spiritual Sun, your face gains the sparkle of divine radiance. Others can clearly see your delight.
Angels are introverted and humble. Humility brings self-respect. You know that you are God-like, divine, immortal, eternal, and that your love and strength are unlimited in potential. When you remember that you are this, then no worldly insult can harm you. This is self-respect. Self-respect comes with humility, and both are divine virtues. Arrogance, in contrast, is a result of bodily consciousness. If there is any arrogance, then self-respect is lacking.
Angelic consciousness transcends bodily consciousness. Angels understand death. Angels understand that the body is merely a costume for the divine self, so that death is merely the shedding of an old and worn costume, in order to put on a fresh new costume. Angels know no fear, and where there is no fear, there is unlimited love and strength.
The role of angels is to connect humanity to God. We are living in very delicate times. Major upheavals lie ahead. The signs of this are now becoming very clear for all to see. Even so, most people remain unaware - they are sleep-walking to their self-destruction. When the time comes for them to leave their bodies, they will cry out for God to help them, but they will be unable to connect with God, because of their fear. Fear alienates us from God. Fear separates us from God. Angels will help these souls to leave their bodies and fly to God.
Angels themselves need no help, as they have learned how to help themselves, and they have transcended all fear. The role of angels is to connect humanity to God.
Those of us who go ahead are taught by angels in this life, how to cleanse ourselves and how to connect with God. We learn to become angelic ourselves, in our consciousness and our behaviour, until finally we become angels too.
But those who remain asleep will awaken only at the final moment, and they will be helped at that time. But until then they will suffer here on Earth, and, after they have left their bodies, they will have to atone for their mistakes in life, through suffering in future lives, or at the time of judgement.
By liberating ourselves in this life, we avoid further suffering in this life and the next. We become angelic, and, for others, we become a radiant source of delight and wonder and help.
This time of ascension is when we reach our highest position in the Cosmic Drama Cycle. We are now approaching completion in our journey around the Cosmic Cycle. Although we will be reborn as pure and perfect innocents into the Golden Spring of the new cycle, we will remember nothing of our current understanding then. Only now do we experience full knowledge and understanding of the Cosmic Drama Cycle.
We gain this understanding only now, as we ascend to experience our full potential as divine beings in human bodies. This is a truly magical time for those who seek the light.
